Walk respectfully,

On the fallen dry leaves...

Sometimes in the scorching heat,

You had sought shelter from them.

"नीचे गिरे सूखे पत्तोंपर,

अदबसे ही चलना ज़रा...

कभी कड़ी धूपमें तुमने,

इनसे ही पनाह माँगी थी।"
