ना हम रहे दिल लगाने के क़ाबिल,
ना दिल रहा गम
उठाने के क़ाबिल,
लगा उसकी यादों

दिल पर,
ना छोड़ा उस ने
मुस्कुराने के क़ाबिल…
Neither I am left competent for making Love,
Nor my Heart is left capable to withstand Pains,

That have not left me capable to smile any more...
