गम न हो वहां, जहाँ हो फ़साना आपका,

खुशियाँ ढूढती रहें आशियाना आपका,

वो वक़्त ही न आये जब आप उदास हों,

ये दुनियाँ भुला न सके मुस्कुराना आपका !

There should be no sorrow where your fable is there,

May happiness keep searching for your home,

May that time never come when you are sad,

This world should forget your smile!
